Owner - Chairperson: Elizabeth Wright
Elizabeth graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a Business Marketing Degree. In 2013, she founded Paragon Restorations, a residential and commercial general contracting company, for which she is the sole owner and licensed building contractor. Paragon has a thriving project list built on word-of-mouth referrals. Aside from playing with her Labrador Retrievers Marley, Oliver and Lily, in her free time, Elizabeth enjoys getting out on the greens or sharing loving moments with her 100-year old Grandmother, Jane.

Vice President Of Operations: Peter Hendrickson
Mr. Hendrickson joined The Moments after more than 20 years of independent living, assisted living, and memory care operational leadership experience. Peter most recently opened a start-up 220 unit continuum of care facility in Naples, Florida. Peter has extensive background in launching assisted living and memory care campuses in New York, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, and Arizona – with a maximum of 800 units. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and is proud to have delivered 3 deficiency- free assisted living regulatory compliance surveys in the state of Florida.
Director of Nursing: Tracey Fearon, RN,
Tracey brings over 30 years of experience as a seasoned RN with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Her extensive background in hands-on care and steadfast belief in the benefits of hands-on education assures The Moments Resident care approach achieves the highest level of distinction. Tracey’s professional history has afforded her a broad range of expertise to include Utilization Review, Quality Improvement, Policy Development, as well as serving as a Hospital Nurse Manager and Nurse & Community- Based Educator. In variety of positions, Tracey has worked closely with the Geriatric population, specifically in the areas of Cardiology and Diabetes. Tracey has served with such notable organizations as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, Health Partners, Unity Hospital and Mercy Hospital. Tracey is passionate about caring for others, especially Seniors, with an eye toward looking at the whole persons needs , as well as their loved ones. Because she has a personal loss due to Alzheimers’ Tracey deeply understands how a family struggles with the disease process of dementia and the importance of having the best possible caring staff.
Culinary Director: Chef Charles Plaetz
Charles Plaetz is an award-winning Executive Chef and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu who brings 13+years of hospitality and professional kitchen operations experience to The Moments custom-crafted dining program. Charles brings a caliber of talent to The Moments dining leadership that is unparalleled, given his vast knowledge and experience in scratch farm-to-table cooking. His keen understanding of the significant role that quality nutrition and outstanding food plays for individuals diagnosed with a form of Dementia, brings the advancement of The Moments dining program to the highest level of perfection. His passion in curating delicious healthy food programing has led to his ability to turn-around multiple private Country Club and fine restaurant dining venues—his skills and creativity is proven to deliver culinary programs, second-to-none. Charles has a goal to assure every Resident at The Moments benefit from a daily dining experience that “puts a smile on their face”. Charles believes the basis for the hospitality industry is “making someone’s day better through amazing food and personalized service”. He is a two-time Taste of Elegance Award winner
