By committing to this advanced care approach, we are able to reduce the number of unnecessary hospitalizations and demonstrate to our residents a superior and highly-efficient model of healthcare services. We are also able to support more complex cases such as wound care, specialized diets, IVs, and behavior assistance. Our care model enables our Residents the opportunity to stay in one place through end-of-life.
